【経営経過】: １９５４年（昭和２９年）　西弘志によって設立され、買葉業者としてスタートする。; １９６３年（昭和３８年）　系列農家方式による経営を開始; １９７５年（昭和５０年）　系列農家参加による『茶園品評会』を開始。圃場の研究が本格化する。; １９７９年（昭和５４年）　『有限会社　西製茶工場』を設立西喜実代表取締役就任; １９８５年（昭和６０年）　自社直営茶園の開設; １９９２年（平成４年）　　自社直接指導の茶園管理企業『きりしま農園』を設立; １９９４年（平成６年）　　有機栽培の取り組みを始める。; １９９８年（平成１０年）　「ゆたか農園」設立。圃場のブロック別分割経営を始める。JONA認定; ２０００年（平成１２年）　規格改正に伴い有機JAS認証を取得; ２００４年（平成１６年）　海外の有機認定取得へ取り組む; ２００５年（平成１７年）　碾茶工場建設。「碾茶」のチャレンジ開始; ２０１０年（平成２２年）　新型生葉洗浄設備導入。降灰対策、大気汚染対策に取り組む。; 同年　　　　　　　　　　　西利実代表取締役就任

1988：Founded”Yutaka farm”. Starting the block division management of fields. JONA certification; 2000：Get JAS organic certification in accordance with standards revision; 2004：Tackle to get foreign organic certification; 2005：Tencha factory construction. Starting of a challenge making “Tencha”
2010：New leaf cleaning equipment introduced. Working on ash fall measures and air pollution.
2010：Toshimi Nishi representative director appointed
